| The kitchen vent. |
Jenny sanding the hard wood floors. |
I had to rip the hard wood in this closet to get this vent in. No walls ever line up. |

 |
| The vent ended up coming up right in the middle of the closet, so we had to cut some of the floor beams to get this in. |

Sanding the floors was a real bitch. Hire a pro, it's worth it. |
What the hell is going wrong with this floor! |

 |
| This is what happens when you don't sand enough. Notice the circular swirls. With the stain on you sure can see them. |
Damn, time to call in the pros. |
What the hell. We spent the last 4 days sanding this floor for what? |

| Oh well, might as well finish the drywall and wiring.. |
Time to mud. Notice the particles in the air. |
Egghead Jenny. I don't think she is all that level headed. |

| Painting with their ass. These girls have a lot of talent. |
Before installing the tile, we had to screw in about 1000 screws into our floor. You have to make sure that you remove all the squeaks. |

This is just after the professional stained the floors. At this point we were not happy. |
The leopard skin look in the floor was not what we expected. |

| Once the matte finish went on we loved the floors. What a stressful time. |
Jenny putting another coat of paint on. |
Moving Day! We moved in on July 30th. The house was not yet done but close enough. All the floors were done and a lot of the painting was done. Here are John and Nuyanne putting up blinds. |

| We decided to move the dragonfly tile from one spot to another. When we took one tile off, we ended up taking most of the plaster off with it. |
So, we had to mud it up so that we could put in the dragonfly tile. |

| Building an arch was a lot of fun. Karl and I had a good challenge building this. |
We built the frame by tracing out the shape from another arch. |
To get the rounded drywall, we just sprayed it with water and bent it into shape. |
